Pre-Authorized Debit Account Club Policy and Procedures

1) Membership cancellations must be done in writing.  NO emails or phone calls please.

2) The Membership Cancellation period begins at the beginning of a calendar month.  Example:  Written notice given on July 14th - cancellation period begins August 1st.

3) Memberships can be put on hold for up to 90 days, once each calendar year.  To  put a membership on hold the Club requires 30 days written notice from the beginning of a calendar month.  A fee of $8.00+tax per month will be charged to  the account to place a membership on hold.

4) ALL valid membership and 24 hour access cards MUST be returned before membership will be cancelled.
