KAC CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
An upbeat, choreographed yoga/pilates class, infused with body weight exercises that strengthen, sculpt and stretch the entire body. You never have to leave your mat, but you’ll be amazed at how much you will work.
Align the mind, body & soul with a gentle/restorative yoga class, which offers a set of physical postures (asanas/poses) and breathing techniques (pranayama), practised slowly to help:
Ease the mind
Teach breath control, in-order to elicit the relaxation response
Stretch & lengthen tight, tired & over used muscles

A fun, high-energy, circuit style, workout designed to teach kids the foundations of exercising, to improve their strength, focus & stamina, helping them get more comfortable working in a group environment. A great way for them to socialize while burning energy, staying healthy and getting in shape.
Relaxation and mindfulness for kids (ages 4-10). Introducing your children to yoga at an early age can help them learn healthy lifestyle habits while building strength, balance, confidence and self-regulating techniques. Children will learn breathing techniques and postures through fun games and adventure type activities.
Group Strength Training
Always changing it up to keep your body guessing and never plateauing.
